If you use Next Chapter on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

App Access and Accounts

App Access and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account or device used to access Next Chapter.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or access it in an unauthorized manner.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and Subscriptions

Next Chapter may offer free access, introductory access, subscriptions, lifetime access, or other purchase options.

Prices, billing terms, and available purchase options will be displayed before purchase.

Subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable platform or payment provider.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access

A lifetime-access purchase provides access to the applicable Next Chapter product for as long as that product is made available and supported.

“Lifetime” does not guarantee that every feature, service, or related product will remain available indefinitely.

Any promotional benefits associated with lifetime access will be subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription cancellations and refund requests may be subject to the policies of Apple, another app marketplace, or the payment provider through which the purchase was made.

Canceling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily create a refund for amounts already paid.

Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use

You may not use Next Chapter to violate the law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the service in a way that could harm Next Chapter or other users.
